Omnium, groupe d’origine bretonne, s’est construit autour de marques familiales centenaires qui lui ressemblent. Les marques Burton of London, Devred 1902 et Bouchara. Le réseau commercial s’étoffe par acquisitions, affiliations en France et à l’international, selon les valeurs portées par son Président Directeur Général : croire, oser, agir.
Croire en un avenir prospère pour le groupe quelque soient les obstacles et le contexte économique,
Oser entreprendre, innover, prendre des risques mesurés pour rester concurrentiel,
Agir stratégiquement pour favoriser la croissance et permettre de nouvelles ouvertures de boutiques en France et à l’international,

Perspectives

En 2016, Omnium a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires de plus de 560 millions d’euros. Il était de 526 millions quatre ans plus tôt. Ce résultat évolue dans les rails du projet de développement « Force 2017 ».
Les objectifs définis dans le cadre du nouveau plan stratégique, à horizon 2020, sont dans la même veine. Omnium s'est fixé, à cette échéance, un chiffre d’affaires global de 657 millions d’euros.
Demain, le développement se fera principalement via la franchise, dont la part maximale ne dépassera pas 40 % pour l’ensemble du groupe ; et servira à asseoir l’expansion internationale de Devred 1902, et celle de Burton of London, qui possède le potentiel pour doubler son réseau hexagonal.
De même, alors qu’Bouchara ne fonctionnait qu’en succursales, son déploiement futur se fera par le partenariat.

            [post_content] => In March 2016, I am promoted Head of Group Lingerie, Homewear and Bath and joined the Fashion Department of the company. Eurodif / Bouchara is a company that recognizes its talents, encourages and develops them.

Today, in September 2016, Eurodif / Bouchara is committed to an ambitious company project, namely the repositioning of its offer and its brands, in which I am fully involved.

My current responsibilities correspond to the job of my dreams. My perimeter of sectors has grown, I pilot a team of product managers, stylists, graphic designers and model makers. I actively participate in the implementation of the strategy of the brand and its brands in close liaison with the Management.

My job today is to ensure the consistency of the offer proposed on my group of markets (Lingerie, Textile and non-textile accessories, Children's room and Layette, Scents and Care) to ensure the achievement of the quantified objectives Are given to me. With 10 people under my responsibility, my role as manager is preponderant. I take care to support and advance my teams. My commitment and my passion allow me to successfully collaborate effectively with all the support services: management, marketing, communication, merchandising.

What I like is the authenticity and proximity of the exchanges, which allow a team work of quality. Eurodif / Bouchara offers me a working environment in which my dynamic and generous personality flourishes daily.
